It was not apparent throughout Baryn Futa’s life that he harbored a keen appreciation for the arts. In fact, his love of fine art was a long time coming, starting after he retired and took a job with the Denver Art Museum. Starting with that job, he became a very enthusiastic art aficionado; one of the most prolific anywhere. Over the years, he has developed a strong appreciation for the tremendous importance of the arts.
His newfound love of art led him to attend many art fairs and museum exhibitions and anything else he could find, his love of art grew. He then took numerous arts classes and began collecting art himself. His impressive art collection has since become very extensive and impressive. With memberships in a great number of prominent art museums with impressive collections of their own, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim, and The Jewish Museum, Baryn Futa works hard to cultivate a greater appreciation for the arts everywhere he goes.
